Narrato, a Bengaluru-based startup, recently raised $1 million in pre-seed funding led by Australia-based VC AirTree Ventures. The startup offers an AI-driven content creation and collaboration platform that helps ideate, create, collaborate, and publish all in one place. The platform enables content creators to leverage tools such as content brief generator, image generation, and SEO optimization to optimize their content, and it streamlines the workflow and automates parts of the content creation process for better productivity. Narrato has more than 2,000 monthly active users and clients across the US, Europe, and India, and it aims to become a Github-like platform for content while continuing to upgrade and diversify by leveraging AI.
Some of its well-known clients include Chargebee, Preply, Zepto, Park+, and Rocketlane. The $1 million pre-seed funding raised by Narrato will be used to enhance the platform and develop more AI-driven tools, among other improvements. The company is open to raising more funding, but that may happen later this year or early next year. Sophia Solanki, the founder of Narrato, said that the company is currently “nicely padded.” Jasper is a leading AI-powered content creation platform that helps businesses to create high-quality content at scale. Its technology uses natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning to analyze data and generate content that is tailored to specific audiences. In September 2021, Jasper announced that it had raised $125 million in a Series B funding round led by Insight Partners, which valued the company at $1.5 billion. The funds raised were intended to help Jasper expand its product offerings and accelerate its growth. Other players in this space include Copy.ai, ContentBot, and Writesonic.
