ComeChat, a Mumbai-based user engagement startup, has raised INR 40 crore (approx. $4.8 million) in a debt funding round led by Zions Venture Fund. The funding will be used to scale its product offerings, strengthen its presence in Europe, and expand its data centers in the Asia-Pacific region. Founded in 2010 by Anuj and Anant Garg, ComeChat primarily helps organizations integrate text, chat, video, and voice communications into their websites and mobile applications. The startup claims to have grown its customer base by 3x and witnessed its product usage growing by 300%. Its offerings include SDKs and APIs, Open Sourced UI Kits and Widgets. It is presently working with various sectors, including marketplaces, community apps, telehealth applications, edtech, internal messaging or enterprise systems.
