Jewellery marketplace Amama has raised $250,000 in a seed subsidy round led by She Capital, India’s most active early-stage assortment fund, with a focus on investing in shopper tech startups led by women.
The brand strategies to use the raised capital to boost its digital presence and to upthrow its logistics and actions side technologically.
Founded in 2018 by Nikita Gupta 2018, Amama Jewellery is a stylish manufacturer of premium manner jewelry for women.
The product started with Hand-embroidered jewelry, but at the beginning of 2022, it familiarized its 22kt Gold plated brass jewelry. And subsequent trends, the brand soon became a favorite among celebrities, and fashion influencers like Alia Bhatt, Masaba Gupta, Jacquline Fernandez, Kriti Sanon, Nora Fatehi, Masoom Minawala, and Komal Pandey are just about of the faces that pop up on their social media handle.
With around 80 members in the team, Amama said it wants to penetrate more within the Indian market and expand into worldwide markets. The brand aims to deliver the best quality jewels with fair does keeping sustainability in mind.
In the impending time, It plans to launch its accessory line where the audience can shop for all kinds of fashion fixtures under one roof.
